ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Your estimated delivery time depends on two main factors:

Handling time:

This is the time it takes to prepare your order before handing it off to the shipping carrier. Typical handling times are:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Ladies’ Tees, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Mugs: 1–3 business days

Transit Time:

After your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • U.S. Orders: Delivered via DHL eCommerce, USPS, or UPS, with most items arriving in 5–7 business days through USPS local delivery.

  • International Orders: Shipped with DHL eCommerce, then handed to your local postal service. Typical delivery time is 20–25 business days.

NOTE:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimated and may be affected by unexpected events.

  • Orders will only be processed if the shipping address is complete and accurate. Incomplete details may delay fulfillment.

  • Every order includes a tracking link, so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

SHIPPING RATE

We strive to keep our shipping fees clear and affordable:

  • First item: $4.99

  • Each additional item in the same order: $2.50

This rate applies to both domestic and international orders, helping you save more when purchasing multiple items.

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure successful delivery, all shipping addresses are verified using USPS address validation prior to processing.

  • If the address provided is incomplete or invalid, your order will be placed on hold until we receive confirmation or correction from you.

  • If we do not hear from you within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • In such cases, we will contact you via the email address associated with your order.

Important:
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders with invalid addresses will be returned to us and will not be re-shipped. We do not retain payment information to charge for additional shipping, and all transactions are one-time only.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

At Votuso LLC, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, certain unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Potential causes of delays include:

  • Disruptions from shipping carriers or product suppliers

  • Increased shipping volume and delays during holiday seasons

  • Customs clearance processes for international shipments

We will do our best to keep you informed and assist you if any issues arise during the delivery process.

MISSING PACKAGE

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please follow these steps:

Track Your Order
Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the current status of your package.

If the Status Shows “Delivered”

  • Check your mailbox, front door, porch, or any designated delivery areas.

  • Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf.

  • If you still cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If the Status Shows “In Transit”

  • Allow an additional 2–3 business days, as delays may occasionally occur in the carrier’s system.

  • If there is no update after this period, feel free to contact us for support.

Missed Deliveries
If you missed the delivery attempt, please reach out to the carrier to arrange for pickup or re-delivery.

Refund or Replacement Policy

  • For US Orders: If the package has not been delivered within 20 days of the shipping date, you may request a refund or replacement.

  • For International Orders: If the package has not arrived within 35 days of the shipping date, you are eligible to request a refund or replacement.
