BUYER CANCELLATION

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

How to process a return/replacement

  • Contact us within the valid timeframe: Requests made after 14 days from the date of receipt will not be considered.

  • Provide proof: Take clear and focused pictures of the product, highlighting the defect or issue.

  • Allow time for review: Please wait 2-3 days as we investigate your request.

  • Check your email: We will send you our final decision and proposed solution.

Return or Replacement

Our two common solutions for returns or issues are a return or a replacement.

  • Return: If you choose to return the product, we will initiate the return transaction within 1-3 business days after receiving your confirmation. The refunded amount will typically be visible in your account within 3-5 business days. In some cases, it may take longer due to bank processing, but no longer than 15 days. If the funds do not appear in your account within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we are happy to send you a new product. Please note that the replacement must be of equal or lower value than the original item purchased.
